RETURN PROCEDURE:
Contact our technical support staff. Most problems are related to configuration issues that can often be resolved over the phone. If a problem can not be resolved, then we will provide you with an RMA number.
Ship the unit back to us and be sure the RMA number is visible on the package. After repairing or replacing the unit, we will ship it back to you at no charge (USA customers only). If we are unable to repair or replace the unit, we will issue a full refund less shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable.
